About
Allow yourself the chance to become who you really are.
Feeling safe to go deeper
Feeling safe within the therapeutic relationship is one of the most important components of healing. My clients repeatedly tell me that they feel a sense of calm and ease with me.
I create safety and trust through being completely present and open with the entire focus on you. Together, we can understand how people, traumas, relationships, and life experiences have made you who you are today.
Doing what is effective
When you feel safe to share, you can finally let go of the painful things that you have been carrying. To create a therapeutic process that works, I utilize methods that are grounded in the most recent psychological research as well as holistic practices that can help you develop your intuitive knowing.
My safe, direct, and playful style is supportive to you growing an inner capacity to hold the difficult stuff. New resiliency allows for the ability to feel a greater sense of joy.
Knowing the whole picture
You can know yourself more than you ever thought you could through connection with the stories within your mind, heart, body, and soul. Our Earth and culture are rapidly changing and my holistic approach meets this moment. We can explore the ways you hope to build more meaningful connections with your family, your community, and the Earth. My clients have diverse backgrounds, and I welcome folks from different races as well as trans, non-binary, and cis-gender people.
Building the life you want
Healing can allow for new self-awareness and a confidence to live life in a way that you want. Your values can become clear to you to assert individual boundaries with friends and family.
New therapeutic tools can be utilized when a wave of hard feelings arise. It is possible to discover how to be one of your best resources as well as how to finally have dependable and thriving relationships. When you know how to feel better and who you can rely on, you can feel more confident to express your unique talents and gifts during a time when the world really needs them.
