Where is your office located?
I am a remote holistic psychotherapist offering my sessions online for California and Colorado residents and in person also for Colorado residents.
What are your office hours?
My office hours are on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday from 10:00 a.m. – 8:00 p.m.
How long is a typical session?
50 minutes to 75 minutes depending on the need
What is the hourly fee?
- Adult/Adolescent Session: $200/hour
- Couple Session: $220/75 minutes
- Energy Session $220/75 minutes
- Nature Session: $175/75 minutes
- Parent Phone Coaching: $1.50/minute
Sometimes I have sliding scale slots available for those who are unable to afford my fee. Please inquire about this in our initial phone consultation if this is needed.
Do you accept insurance?
I do not accept insurance. Upon request I can provide you with the necessary information to seek reimbursement by your out-of-network provider. I cannot guarantee you if or how much your insurance company will reimburse you.
What forms of payment do you accept?
Payment is via credit card.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations without a 48-hour notice will result in the client being charged the full fee for the missed session.
Do you work with people who are not spiritual, religious, or interested in nature?
Yes! My clients are from various spiritual or non-religious backgrounds, including atheism and agnostic. I meet my clients exactly where they are on their life’s journey and with whatever they choose to bring to therapy.
How do I make an appointment, and what is the initial phone consultation?
You can schedule an initial phone consultation through my Website. I will then give you a call and ask you a few questions to understand why you are seeking therapy to assess if I think I can be the best help for your needs.
During this time, you can also ask me any questions about my practice and how I work! Here you can decide if you would like to schedule your first appointment.
Do you work with people from diverse backgrounds and ethnicities and are you LGBTQIA friendly?
Yes, I love to work with people from diverse backgrounds and sexual orientations. I believe in social justice, and I often process the ways that our culture and environment impact our mental health with my clients.
Do you offer video or phone sessions?
Yes, I offer video or phone sessions to those who prefer to meet remotely and who reside in the state of California or outside of the U.S.A.

MFT (Marriage and Family Therapist Certification) 3,000 hours completed under supervision.

Do you offer individual intuition and nature sessions?
Although I fully believe in the benefits of a longer therapeutic process for integrated healing, sometimes individuals are unable to make this commitment. Please inquire about individual intuition or nature sessions that can fit your present needs.
